Ex-Oklahoma judge pleads guilty to fraud:
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A former Oklahoma County judge pleaded guilty Friday to two counts of fraud in a deal with prosecutors who alleged that she and her husband claimed foster payments and adoption assistance for children who didn't live with them.
