NH Senate Passes Bill Giving DCYF More (Undeserved) Power

The New Hampshire Senate passed Bill 244 recently, which in effect gives NH DCYF more power. More Undeserved power. Though I commend the NH Senate on their work on this Bill, they have unwittingly given DCYF more power than they already had, putting more families lives at stake in NH. With a little tweaking, this could very well be a good Bill.
See:
Senate passes bill prompted by Nashua 3-year-old’s death; sponsor sees good chances in NH House

http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/news/statenewengland/1060180-469/senate-passes-bill-prompted-by-nashua-3-year-olds.html

SB 244 - AS AMENDED BY THE SENATE
http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2015/SB0244.html
ANALYSIS
This bill clarifies the burden of proof and requires the department of health and human services to seek a motion to enter a home as part of a child abuse or neglect investigation in certain circumstances. The bill also establishes a commission to review child abuse fatalities.

For starter's, why would DCYF need to seek a motion to enter one's home when they already enter people's homes without a Court order or Warrant? People stupid enough to let them in their homes to begin with. Yes, I WAS one of those stupid people 9 1/2 year's ago. I believed they worked for our Government and our Government would never harm us. The joke was on me! They will tell you they have a Court Order, Warrant or both, but when you ask to see either/or, you are refused. My husband in fact asked if they had either. They stated they did. When he asked to see them, they refused. After much research, I found out they had neither, yet they came into my home, with the Police, too afraid to come here alone and dragged my grandchildren out.
I pray the House amend's this Bill before it's passage. The Amendment I'm hoping for, would strike DCYF entering a home as part of an abuse and neglect investigation. I would like to see an Amendment that states the Police have the authority to enter one's home to check on the welfare of children.
I know there are many people out there who do NOT trust their local Police, but I myself, as well as many other's trust the Police before DCYF. DCYF is much worse and most people are aware of that and if they're not, they should be. The Police don't get paid for removing children from their homes. There is NO incentive for them to do so. Most Police don't even like DCYF/CPS any more than the rest of us.
Second, "This bill clarifies the burden of proof ".  Does that mean "Hearsay" without proof will no longer be used to steal children? Will DCYF finally have the burden of proving their allegation's, instead of stealing a child under the guise of "Preponderance of Evidence" ? Where a child will no longer be stolen because the parent may or may not have done anything wrong, or abuse could have happened, but no-one know's for sure? How about another add on? That DCYF and the Family Court's can NOT charge a parent with "anticipated
Neglect in the Future"? Does it make any sense to charge someone for something they haven't done? If it did, there wouldn't be enough Prison's to hold all the people that just Might commit a crime some day.
Another problem in NH is parent's whose charges are dropped in Criminal Court, due to proof of innocence, who are never allowed to admit the evidence in Family Court, Never get their children back. So why does a parent with Criminal Felony Child Abuse charges pending, get ALL of her 5 children back before ever even going to Court on the charges? What is wrong with this State?
As for establishing a commission to review child abuse fatalities, an investigation into DCYF practices should definitely be included.

So Cal march against CPS, new Website launched

So Cal march against CPS, new Website launched:

March 20, 2015. Buena Park, CA. (ONN) An astonishing number of victimized parents have come forward over the past few months with horrifying stories of abuse, violence and injustice at the hands DCFS and Child Services. Their children are stolen in the middle of the night at gun point, often for no legitimate reason. Courts are required to rule in the state’s favor. And when a State Senator exposed the agency’s corruption, she was murdered. On March 26, parents are holding the Nancy Schaefer Memorial March in California. They’ve also launched a website where parents and their supporters can unite.

Mainstream Media Finally Exposing Shaken Baby Syndrome as False Diagnosis – How Many Innocent Parents Have Suffered?:

Two major mainstream media sites (Washington Post and PBS) ran reports on the injustice of false Shaken Baby Syndrome diagnoses this past week.  Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) diagnoses have been used for many years now to falsely accuse parents of shaking their babies, with the result of parents either losing custody of their children to Child Protection Agencies, or parents being wrongly convicted of murder and being sent to prison. While neither of these reports explored the vaccine connection to SBS, this is certainly a step in the right direction to stopping these false accusations against parents who love their children and never did anything to harm them.

She spent two-and-a-half years in prison and will move back in with her mother and now-6-year-old son once she's released.
Comment: Only in New Hampshire! A Parent in NH loses her child to the State for child endangerment. A charge that was already dropped in Criminal Court. There was no physical abuse, no abuse at all. Family Court never dropped the charges and never allowed the Mother to present evidence of innocence. Evidence that WAS admitted into Criminal Court. I don't understand this State. First they give children back to a parent with Criminal Felony abuse charges pending. We know what happened in that case. A precious child is now dead. Now, after this Mother is found guilty of criminal child endangerment and goes to prison for two years, she has a second chance with her son. When will this State EVER treat parent's equally? Don't you think the Mother proven innocent in Criminal Court should have gotten her child back? Well she never did! And there are many more proven innocent in this State that never get their children back. What's up in this State?

False allegations: CPS and Family Court – a match made in heaven - Vancouver Parenting | Examiner.com:

If you are having difficulty processing how a person can lose custody over false allegations of abuse, let me assure you, you are not alone.
There is a difference between criminal court and family court. In criminal court a person is deemed innocent until proven guilty. The prosecutor has the burden to prove that the defendant is guilty.
This is not the case in family court, where false allegations have become a commodity. In family court there is no burden of proof. Furthermore, the accused is guilty unless and until proven innocent. (Comment: Even then, CPS still considers them guilty!)

Heroin Exposed Newborns V. Methadone Exposed Newborn's

Heroin
Possible effect on  newborn:
       • Seizures  • Addiction, withdrawal symptoms  after birth  • Breathing problems  •      Small size at birth  • Physical and mental development  problems
Stays in Infant’s System  6-8 hr.s after birth
Signs of withdrawal include hyperirritability,  gastrointestinal dysfunction, respiratory  distress, and vague autonomic symptoms (eg,  yawning, sneezing, mottling, fever). Tremors  and jittery movements, high‐pitched cries,  increased muscle tone, and irritability are  common. Normal reflexes may be  exaggerated. Loose stools are common,  leading to possible electrolyte imbalances and  diaper dermatitis.
Long‐term symptoms have been difficult to  study, but evidence supports that these  children show hyperphagia, increased oral  drive, sweating, hyperacusis, irregular  sleep patterns, poor tolerance to  environmental changes, and continued  loose stools.

Methadone
Possible effect on newborn:
       • Fetus will become addicted to  methadone  • Seizures due to withdrawal  • Increased risk of SIDS  • Gastro‐intestinal dysfunction  • Hyper‐irritability  • Respiratory distress  • Developmental delays  • Low birth weights
Stays in Infant’s System 6‐8  hrs  after  birth
Symptoms typically appear within 48‐72  hours but may not start until the infant is aged  3 weeks. This is particularly true for infants  whose mothers took excessively higher doses.  Conflicting data have emerged concerning  withdrawal severity and higher in‐utero  methadone doses.

Foster/Adoptees Forbidden Lives

Did you ever wonder what life is like for Foster and Adopted children? The children forcefully removed from their biological families? Forced to live with stranger's? Taken away from everyone and everything they know and love? Familial bond's severed. Favorite pet's and toy's ALL gone.
Many of these children drugged to make them forget where they came from. Drugged to make them forget the families who love them. The families still waiting for their return. Drugged to control the violent behavior they now have, after being ripped away from their entire families. Drugged just so CPS and the stranger's don't have to deal with their new found behavior's.
Do you even realize how hard it is for a Foster/Adoptive child to fit in? How can the child fit in when he/she is forbidden from doing the things other children do? They are forbidden to do what other kids do to keep them out of sight of their biological families. Not allowed to just be a kid. Not allowed to to have account's on Social networks. Not allowed to go out and have fun with the other kids. Forbidden from having a life.
How do you think this makes these children feel? I'm sure they feel like they're being punished. I'm sure they feel like they did something wrong. Like it's their fault they're kept, more or less, under lock and key. They want lives like all the other children have. They don't want to be hidden away from the world.
Does this sound like any way for child to live? To grow up full of hate? To grow up believing their families didn't want them, because this is what CPS and the Foster stranger's drill into their heads? To grow up feeling like they don't belong, because in all actuality they don't. They don't belong in the family of stranger's. Even if they were stolen at a very young age, they still know they don't belong and will grow up to hate the lives they've been forced to live. The Forbidden lives that the State forced them to live.
If these children want to find their biological families bad enough, they will. No-one will stop them. All the brainwashing in the world won't stop the child from hunting down his/her biological family. Familial bond's, no matter how hard CPS try's, can never be broken.

Mystery over parents denied their right to enter the courtroom

Mystery over parents denied their right to enter the courtroom - Telegraph:

Foster children suffer under for-profit foster care

Foster children suffer under for-profit foster care | The Lawrentian:

Children are the most under-represented among all groups. As minors they are not given the same resources or legitimacy as other groups, and their concerns are often regarded as naïve or unfounded. Combine that with the further disadvantage of not having parents to act on behalf of your well-being, and you have foster children. Foster children are a severely neglected and under-served group within our society. The injustices that occur within the foster care system are deeply concerning—especially in regard to for-profit foster care systems.
