Refused Medical Treatment,Carlos Valentin Dies in Hernando County Jail

CARLOS WAS DENIED MEDICAL CARE IN HERNANDO COUNTY JAIL 
 He was refused medical treatment. They refuse to do an autopsy and will not tell his Mother where her son's body is.
