Child Protective Services

Child Protective Services:

Child Protective Services workers take your child from school, and you do not see or talk to them for days. When the parents finally see their child, they cannot discuss any aspect of why this is happening. The next step is court. The parent is assigned an attorney. These attorneys work against you. You cannot defend yourself in court at all. Murderers, child molesters and rapists have more rights than parents do.

Child abuse deaths rise

Child abuse deaths rise | Payson Roundup - Payson, AZ:

State child welfare system failing to protect youth

State child welfare system failing to protect youth | Bradenton Herald:
Until I had to deal with the Florida Department of Children and Families, I thought some of the criticism of it was unwarranted.
Now I remember someone said, "It takes a village to bring up a child." I say that because when I called I was told three times only the person receiving funds from the agency could make a complaint. Does that account for why some children die because no one in the family could "interfere?"

Another Christmas Eve is Here-2015

Another Christmas Eve is here,
Austin and Bella still aren't home,
Both illegally adopted,
Their Father's never told,
By the State who only cared about,
Making sure that they were sold,

Incentive money means more to them,
Unlike in day's of old,
Where families were kept together,
And the State wasn't so cold,
To rip a child away from,
The family that they love,
All for the mighty dollar,
God help us from above.

Ally is still kept from us,
From a Father who just doesn't care,
Anything about Court orders,
He knows he has nothing to fear,
From a State that doesn't enforce,
Court orders they hold so dear.

It's been 10 long years of pain,
Worrying about all three,
Knowing how much we love them,
And hope they still feel the same.

We hope they haven't forgotten us,
Or the special times we shared,
Christmas just isn't the same without them,
If only the State really cared.

We still hang their Christmas stocking's,
Though it's been ten long painful years,
Hoping one day they'll be home,
To their REAL family they held so dear.

So here's to another Christmas Eve,
Just waiting for their return,
Austin, Bella and Ally,
In time the truth you'll learn,
Of the family who never abandoned you,
And fought with all our might,
And prayed to have you home with us,
On this very special night.

God Bless you Austin, Bella and Ally.
We will never stop loving you and praying for your return.
Love always, your REAL Family.

There’s nothing to cheer when babies are taken from mothers

There’s nothing to cheer when babies are taken from mothers - Telegraph:

There can be few more heart-rending images than that of a new baby being wrenched from its mother’s arms

There was much excitement last week over an academic study showing a huge increase in the number of newborn babies being seized by social workers, up since 2008 by more than 150 per cent. The tabloid press piled in to report on one mother who has had 16 babies removed from her in turn.

In fact, what did not seem to concern either the academics or anyone else discussing this study was the possibility that too many such babies are being seized without proper justification.

Arizona Child Traffick Racketeering via CPS and Doctors on Trial Before U.S. Supreme Court

MedicalKidnap.com is a website born in late 2014 and is part of the Health Impact News network. We started MedicalKidnap.com because so many families were coming to us and begging us to publish their stories to the public – stories of how their children were taken away from them by an apparent collusion between medical doctors and social workers in Child Protection Services (CPS). The parents often felt like victims for disagreeing with doctors over the care of their children, which resulted in them losing their children to the State. Children with medical needs seized by State social services bring a tremendous amount of revenue to the State, and federal laws actually allow children who are wards of the State to be involuntarily used in drug trials. Message To Austin Knightly AKA Our Stolen Grandson

Austin, I know you must be reading my blog by now and I'm sure you must have a Facebook page. You're almost 16 years old and I'm sure you know we are searching for you and always have been.
I just don't understand why you haven't tried to contact any of your REAL family.
Has the medication the State drugged you with caused you to forget all of us, just as it caused you to forget your Aunt? You know, the Aunt who tried to save you from being beaten at your Birthday party? Have you been that badly brainwashed that you believe we abandoned you, which we didn't.
We have never stopped fighting for your return. The State was too busy slandering all of us. They didn't want you with us. They knew they could make more money off of you in Foster care and then to adopt you out to stranger's.
We love and miss you and can't wait for the day we can show you all the proof of your ILLEGAL Kidnapping and ILLEGAL adoption. We still have your dog Belle, though I don't know how much longer she will be around to see you again. For that matter, I hope Grampie and I get to see you again before it's too late. Please contact us. We live in the same house and I still have the same car, which I kept all these years in case you saw me.
It sure would make for a nice Christmas to finally hear from you. You're still Grampie's buddy and he misses you so much, it would make for the best Christmas ever.
Love always, Grammie and Grampie
