A survey has found that only 34 per cent of respondents would contact child protection authorities or the police if they knew a child was being harmed.

We reported our ex-dtr in law when our grandchild showed up with bruises. My husband called her a pagan when she began harassing us through phone text. Now they are subpoena us to tarnish our character when the DFS has a file on her that indicates that she was guilty of child abuse and necglect prior to this. This is why people don't report, then they are raked over the coals.
