Foster Children Need More Contact With Birth Families

According to a report presented by Children's Commissioner, John Angus Foster, children feel the need to be more in touch with their birth families. Foster children also feel that as they are under care, they feel stigmatized at school.
Mr. John Angus has further lambasted the ill-treatment meted out to foster children by them constantly moving homes, which leads them to change schools regularly which further affects the quality of the education foster children end up receiving. Read the
