STOP! Judicial Child Abuse: Dr. David Vandenberg Challenges the N.H. Supreme Court Ruling Granting Guardians ad Litem Absolute Immunity:
This N.H. Supreme Court handed down a ruling in the matter of ROBERT SURPRENANT v. DEBORAH MULCRONE. The Case was submitted on April 5th, 2012 and a ruling was hastily issued a mere 15 days later. The ruling from this week sets up Guardians ad Litem (GALs) as quasi-bench officers without the training. GALs are now really “judges.” This is problematic and unheard of.
