Immigration system splits families-My grandson Austin Knightly is Proof

Immigration system splits families - San Antonio Express-News

My grandson's father was deported to Honduras when he was a newborn. He was never notified his son was in state custody. Nashua, NH DCYF chose to terminate the right's of a fictitious man from Nashua, NH, with the same name, instead of notifying Austin's father, whom DCYF had ALL pertinent information, which included his Social Security , number, address, phone number and date of birth. The reasoning behind this grave miscarriage of justice; it was easier to terminate Austin's mother's right's if they didn't have to deal with Austin's REAL father. Austin has since been ILLEGALLY adopted, granted by the infamous Judge James Patten of the Hillsborough County Court in Nashua, knowing full well, Austin's father's right's were NEVER terminated.
Austin's cousin Isabella's father's right's were NEVER terminated either. Again Nashua DCYF chose a fictitious man as Isabella's father, in which Judge Patten refused him a Paternity test and custody, also knowing full well, he also was NOT Isabella's father. Judge Patten also granted the ILLEGAL adoption of Isabella Knightly.

Viewed in a certain context, the disruptions that 4-year-old Emily Ruiz suffered when she was unwittingly caught up in an immigration debacle were tame compared to the treatment of many other families with mixed immigration status.
