Eunice Wudrich, the woman accused of allowing a foster child to die on her watch, is due back in court in November.
Wudrich is charged with criminal negligence causing death and endangering the life of a child.
Charges were laid after 22-month-old Evander Daniels died inside Wudrich's Aberdeen-area foster home.
His body was found in a partially filled bathtub.
The coroner said Daniel’s body was covered in scald-type burns.
Wudrich’s next court date is Nov. 2.
