Fresno Infant Dies While In Foster Care
KMPH News has learned that a Fresno County infant died while in foster care.
Cathy Huerta, with Child Protective Services (CPS), has confirmed that a 26–day–old baby died September 20th at Children's Hospital in Madera County.
