Comment from Chatworthy: Well here is another adoption that was not the match made in Heaven afterall, now was it? Where are the statistics of the adoptions through CPS that lead to safety issues for the adoptive family, including injury and death of the adoptive parents? We want to know those statistics, yet CPS doesn't want to discuss this topic.....Instead CPS wants to hold their annual "May Is Foster Care Month" adoption mill picnics and adoption mill ice cream socials across the states when way too many children have been traumatized and damaged by CPS upon being stolen from their families by CPS are then adopted out to other families in the name of title IV monies/adoption subsidies under the guise of "in the best interest of the child." And then there are those children stolen by CPS from their families while the families are in process of getting help for their mentally ill child.....CPS steals that child by telling the family court that there is nothing wrong with the child, that this same child is in no way a threat to himself or to the community!......And that the family will harm the child in the future if that child receives mental health help......IF ONLY the CPS system would actually do their job to provide helpful services to the children and families they claim to "service" and then CPS would finally recognize that damaged children (children who are already mentally ill with unsafe behaviors and the children who were damaged by being traumatized and confused by CPS' actions upon being stolen from their families and placed with strangers) need help! And if CPS really cared about society then CPS would finally realize that the safety of the community should come before obtaining title IV subsidies, and then adoptive parent deaths like the deaths of these two parents (a physicians assistant and a psychologist for prison inmates) wouldn't have happened. And CPS, whose workers claim that they supposedly have the ability to "predict future abuse and neglect" could not predict the future danger and the future deaths of these adoptive parents! It's completely disheartening to know that CPS allows foster parents to adopt damaged foster children! Where were the "helpful services" provided to this family?.... But then again, Money's The Game and CPS is their name, so this leaves little to no room for safety and ethics!--.. ---Chatworthy
