Comment: Instead of forcing forcing Foster children into the State Hospital against their parent's wishes and drugging them, due to temper tantrums, all the while admitting the child doesn't belong in the hospital, just wastes money that could be used on the people who really need it. DHHS locks up the angry children and let's the sick roam the streets. Good thinking!
