Another Litigant files Charges against Same Judges as Windsor

Another Litigant files Charges against Same Judges as Windsor

Sonya Braxton has filed charges against Judge William S. Duffey, one of the ringleaders of the corruption cited by William M. Windsor.

She has also filed charges against federal appellate Judges Joel Dubima. Susan Black, Stanley Marcus, and William Pryor, all judges who have also been charged by Windsor.

She charges civil rights violations as well as perjury and obstruction of justice.

Sonya Braxton has documentation of Judge Duffey and the judges in the Eleventh Circuit lying under Oath of Office. She has documentation from Chief Judge Dubina as well as William S. Duffey, Jr. on her website.

The FBI and the U.S. Attorney have her statements concerning the illegal acts these Judges committed against her.

There is something happening within the U.S. Federal Courts in Georgia that can be compared to the Jim Crow era. If you are a minority, poor, or disabled, your rights will be trampled on within the federal courts system of Georgia, and by State of Georgia agencies that claim to uphold civil rights.

There is a little know secret about public officials who abuse power.

More times than not they never face discipline for their illegal actions. I would know I have been fighting to expose abuse of power by a state of Georgia agency since 2009. I have been fighting to expose a corrupt federal judge since 2010. So I took things into my own hands and have gone public with every audio, every email, every document, and every photo, to show you how out of control public officials in Georgia from state agencies to the federal courts have become. They are drunk with power and need sobering up!
