At least 178 teachers and principals in Atlanta Public Schools cheated to raise student scores on high-stakes standardized tests, according to a report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

And what about the cheating and falsifying of document's within CPS, just to make sure their federal funding keep's rolling in? Will they ever get caught? Now that would be quite the scandal! Just imagine ALL the money saved by the federal government if they would only uncover the fraud!
