Duties of a CPS/DCYF Caseworker

Isn't it the caseworker's duty, first and foremost to work toward the best interest of a child?
Does that include traumatizing the child? Taking the child away from his/her entire family due to false allegation's?
Does that include drugging a child to keep him/her from fighting back due to the loss of his/her family?
Does that include taking the child from relatives he/she opt's to be with? Who haven't caused the child ANY harm? Relatives who have alway's given him/her the love and attention every child need's?
Taking the child away from the family he/she know's and loves more than anything else in the world?
Isn't it the caseworker's job to protect the child? Then why doesn't she/he?
Is it the caseworker's job to play God?
Is it the caseworker's job to pick and choose who will make a better parent?
God is responsible for choosing who should be parent's and who shouldn't.
Caseworker's may believe they have the Power of God, but they don't!
Is it the caseworker's job to play Psychic and see into the future? Charging a parent with "Neglect in the Future"? Not the past. Not the present. But "In the Future".
Does the caseworker's job include brainwashing a child? Telling the child his/her family doesn't want him/her? That the child no longer has a Mommy and Daddy? That his/her family has disowned him/her?
What about the parent's?
Isn't it the caseworker's job to provide services to at-risk families before placing a child in Foster care? Why don't they?
Is it the caseworker's job to threaten parent's into signing case-plans? Are they supposed to be telling parent's if they don't sign, they'll never see their child again?
Is it the caseworker's job to sign application's for Title IV funding when the parent's refuse to sign, knowing they are NOT entitled to Title IV funding?
Isn't the caseworker supposed to be working with the family toward re-unification and not working against them? Why don't they?
Is it the caseworker's job to falsify paperwork?
Is it the caseworker's job to to falsify report's?
Is it the caseworker's job to commit perjury?
Is it the caseworker's job to hold back evidence proving innocence?
Is it the caseworker's job to lie to foster parent's about the parent's and their families, just to make sure the child is not allowed to ever see their families again?
Isn't it the caseworker's job to remove a child from a foster home when they see sign's of abuse or neglect? Then why don't they? Why are children placed in worse situation's than they were in their own homes?
Isn't it the caseworker's job to help the parent? Then why don't they?
Isn't the caseworker supposed to build trust between herself and the parent? Then why is it all they do is lie and work against the parent? Why do they purposely push parent's over the edge?
Isn't it the caseworker's job to afford reasonable effort's to the parent's in order for their children to be returned? Why don't they and why doesn't the court enforce the reasonable effort's standard's? Do reasonable effort's only include random drug testing and setting up visitation? Why isn't anything else offered?
Why are criminal charges dropped against parent's, yet the caseworker vow's to make sure the child is never returned? That the parent is clearly proven innocent, but the caseworker makes sure the child is never returned?
Is it the caseworker's job to work toward Family Preservation? Then why do they only work toward Family Destruction?
Does the almighty dollar mean more to caseworker's than the best interest's of a child?
So what is the job of a caseworker, other than being a liar and a child stealer?
