No one will deny that some children have a better ability to maintain a steady focus on a boring classroom lecture, without being distracted, than other children do. The question we need to answer, for the sake of the world’s future, is this: Should we be drugging the children who are less able to maintain their focus on sometimes tedious academic instruction?
