Is it okay to take the money away from grandparent's raising their grandchildren, but there is no problem in letting the foster stranger's keep their stipend's and everything else served to them on a silver platter? Help the grandparent's and stop selling children off to stranger's!
For every $1 the state currently invests in the Foster Grandparent program, it gets $14 in federal and other funding for the state’s struggling children and low-income seniors. Loss of this program would mean a loss of $665,700 in federal funds for New Hampshire.
