Legally Accessible - Not so much: NH Supreme Ct. engaging in Conflict of Interest?:
In the Civil Matter:
Assistant Attorney General Woodard's defense flies, but with a conflict of interest...
As shown here: Judge Lynn's order made a decision on the above, which shows that the NH Supreme Court has no ethical conflict screening, something we should all be concerned with.
FACT:
Judge Lynn was referenced earlier in this civil suit as having a conflict of interest, because he had already made rulings on portions of the matter being appealed, as did Judges Hicks and six others not on the supreme court, id. in the Exhibits here: Motion to Recuse.
Consequently, we should now be down to 3 Justices on the NH Supreme Ct. who can actually hear this case, inevitably due to the old boys network even with Dalanis, we are an appeal away from the Federal Courts, if the Conflict of Interest is not rectified as shown to exist and warrant that these Judges recuse themselves in this Motion to Recuse.

As we observe the dissent against tyranny unfold around all around us, the veils of deception are fastly being removed from the people's eyes.
As each layer of oppression is being torn apart, it is now time to hold Child Protective Services accountable to the people.
For years you have ripped apart families, destroyed children's lives and committed unspeakable abuses to our most precious gift from God.
Your arrogance has surpassed your reason, by never realizing that so many the families you've destroyed are the very same tax payers who employ you.
The internet has exposed the vastness of your corruption to these tax payers who have now learned what you do is the very opposite of what they were led to believe.
The Unconstitutional codes that created you will be your undoing by the true law which is our constitution.
Because you hide behind the color of law, believing your actions will not face the consequences of the real law, which is we the people.
You Judges who are elected by us willingly and knowingly aid and abet these terrorists. some of you are being paid off and we know this.
That is the highest form of treason to the people and to God.
You are public servants who have become corrupted and we know who you are.
We hold you accountable from this moment on.
Americans have always met tyranny with swift justice on our own soil and afar.
It may be time to evaluate your true intentions behind your positions.
This is not a threat but a fair warning from anonymous. We do not forgive, we never forget, we are many, we are anonymous.

Happy Mothers Day
Happy Mothers Day to ALL the very fortunate Mothers out there today blessed with their precious children and to ALL the Mothers out there fighting for the return of their illegally stolen children.
To the Mother's sharing this day with your children, I hope you have a great day and know how extremely blessed you are to have them by your side. Don't ever take your children for granted.
To the Mothers fighting for the return of your children, know that parents worldwide are uniting in this fight for Justice. Hopefully, Mothers Day next year will be shared with your stolen children.
To the faux pas, wannabe, chosen so-called Mother's of our stolen children, who conspired against us in the kidnapping of our children and grandchildren, I hope you have one helluva miserable day. A day you will never forget. A day that reminds you that the children you raise are not your own and by no means ever will be.
To the CPS/DCYF worker's who have children of their own, I hope you suffer the pain you have inflicted on so many of us innocent parents and grandparents. There is nothing worse than the loss of ones child. One day you may be seen for the horrible person you are and your child stolen. What goes around, comes around. Don't forget, Money isn't everything.
To Austin and Isabella, your REAL Family loves you with all our hearts.

The Truth About CPS
The Truth About CPS:
THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY CALLED CPS AND THE JUVENILE COURT
The CPS story is very hard to believe for most people who do not have any experience with CPS. In fact, it is so hard to believe that most people won’t believe it and will instead believe that there is something wrong with you not CPS. Most people who have heard of CPS believe that they protect children and are doing good. You will find that when you try to tell your friends and family about CPS taking your children they will have a hard time believing you and will think it is your problem and what did you do wrong. They may never realize that 95% of the children taken by CPS have suffered no abuse or injury of any kind and are in no danger in any way except from CPS.

Calling ALL CPS/DCYF Whistleblowers
To all of the CPS/DCYF workers and former workers who have a conscience. Now is the time to come forward and step up to the plate. Families abused by CPS/DCYF are uniting in full force to right the wrongs bestowed upon them by this rogue Government agency. We are finally being heard and your Division is weakening. If you don't want to be caught in the crossfire, you need to come forward. You are not immune from prosecution. You are not above the law. You may be following orders from your Superior's, but you will be the one prosecuted.
All of you who are well aware of the deceitful practices used against parent's, children and families, must stand up and tell the truth. The destruction of our families must end.
You know yourselves children belong with their families. You know yourselves of all the false reports and false allegations used against families to kidnap their children. You know of the grave miscarriages of Justice families suffer at your hands. Children traumatized and drugged, making our next generation so unstable it will be a miracle if they ever recover.
If you have ANY compassion for the families you or your fellow workers have torn apart, if you feel the guilt inside you for the abuses families suffer at the hands of a Government agency never held accountable for their deceitful actions, I am asking you to please come forward and stop this horrible abuse. The abuse of families is a mortal sin. Many of you don't even have children, but if you do would you want to be in our shoes? Would you want your child stolen illegally and have nowhere to turn? Could you live with the pain we suffer or would you go over the edge, as so may parents and family member's have?
Having children is a God given right. Have you ever wondered why so many people can't have children? Do you honestly think you have the Power of God to pick and choose a child's parent's? A child is born into a family for a reason. If someone is barren, that was God's choice. He has his reason's, which don't include taking from one family to give to another.
Please come forward and tell the truth. Your guilty conscience will eat at you for the rest of your lives. It's time to make things right and expose the abuse of families!

Conference shines light on plight of battered mothers seeking custody - The Washington Post:
THE BATTLES over child custody that unfold in courtrooms across the United States don’t get much attention. If a celebrity is involved, there might be headlines, but publicity is generally shunned out of the not-unreasonable urge to protect the privacy of children. Unfortunately, though, that has tended to shroud problems in how these critical decisions are made. That’s why a conference focusing attention this week on systemic issues in family court is so important.

Parent-Child Reunification After Alienation
Parent-Child Reunification After Alienation | Psychology Today:
Children and parents who have undergone forced separation from each other in the absence of abuse, including cases of parental alienation, are highly subject to post-traumatic stress, and reunification efforts in these cases should proceed carefully and with sensitivity. Alienated children seem to have a secret wish for someone to call their bluff, compelling them to reconnect with the parent they claim to hate; despite strongly held positions of alignment, alienated children want nothing more than to be given the permission and freedom to love and be loved by both parents (Baker, 2010). Yet the influence of the alienating parent is too strong to withstand, and children’s fear that the alienating parent may fall apart or withdraw his or her love holds them back. Research has shown that many alienated children can transform quickly from refusing or staunchly resisting the rejected parent to being able to show and receive love from that parent, followed by an equally swift shift back to the alienated position when back in the orbit of the alienating parent (Fidler and Bala, 2010). Thus while children’s stated wishes regarding parental residence and contact in contested custody after divorce should be considered, they should not be determinative in cases of parental alienation.

A Critical Look at Foster Care: How Widespread a Problem?
A Critical Look at Foster Care: How Widespread a Problem?:
HOW WIDESPREAD A PROBLEM?
HOW WIDESPREAD A PROBLEM?
One of the most comprehensive surveys of abuse in foster care was conducted in conjunction with a Baltimore lawsuit. Trudy Festinger, head of the Department of Research at the New York University School of Social Work, determined that over 28 per cent of the children in state care had been abused while in the system.
Reviewed cases depicted "a pattern of physical, sexual and emotional abuses" inflicted upon children in the custody of the Baltimore Department.
Cases reviewed as the trial progressed revealed children who had suffered continuous sexual and physical abuse or neglect in foster homes known to be inadequate by the Department. Cases included that of sexual abuse of young girls by their foster fathers, and that of a young girl who contracted gonorrhea of the throat as a result of sexual abuse in an unlicenced foster home.[1]
In Louisiana, a study conducted in conjunction with a civil suit found that 21 percent of abuse or neglect cases involved foster homes.[2]
In another Louisiana case, one in which thousands of pages of evidence were reviewed, and extensive testimony and depositions were taken, it was discovered that hundreds of foster children had been shipped out of the state to Texas.
Stephen Berzon of the Children's Defense Fund explained the shocking findings of the court before a Congressional subcommitte, saying: "children were physically abused, handcuffed, beaten, chained, and tied up, kept in cages, and overdrugged with psychotropic medication for institutional convenience."[3]
In Missouri, a 1981 study found that 57 percent of the sample children were placed in foster care settings that put them "at the very least at a high risk of abuse or neglect."[4]
A later report issued in 1987 found that 25 percent of the children in the Missouri sample group had been victims of "abuse or inappropriate punishment."
Children's Rights Project attorney Marcia Robinson Lowry described the findings of the Missouri review before the Select Committee on Children, Youth and Families:
The most troubling result of the Kansas City review was the level of abuse, undetected or unreported, in foster homes. 25% of the children in the sample were the subject of abuse or inappropriate punishment. 88% of those reports were not properly investigated.[5]Read More:
