KEENE, N.H. -- A man who set himself on fire in front of a courthouse in Keene sent a letter to a local newspaper before he died.
Thomas Ball, 58, of Holden, Mass., died after setting himself on fire in front of the Cheshire County Courthouse in Keened on Wednesday. Witnesses said they tried to help him, but he didn't seem to want any help.
