Child Protective/Support Services protest planned | Mountain Democrat
EDITOR: I would like to follow up with information to your readers about Child Protective/Support Services. We are scheduling a National Protest the first week of August in front of the El Dorado County Courthouse, and courthouses across the nation.
The problems with these agencies are massive, national, and even worldwide. Children are regularly abducted by these agencies in blatant violations of parental Constitutional rights. This is done so the agencies may receive federal funds. It is not to protect children. CPS receives approximately $4,000 per child for every child they place in foster care. Worse, foster care is a greater threat to the child than the homes they have been removed from. This is a secret agency and court and the public are not well informed.
The community should be outraged at the taxpayers’ costs of litigation to prosecute innocent parents for federal funds, in the guise of protecting children. This is a fraud and fallacy and this agency needs to be audited. The only “reform” they ever make is increased salaries and hiring, and never any increase in positive outcome. Children die regularly in foster care. I have written to the county auditor, the local sheriff, and the Board of Supervisors about this. No one should have to live with the violent threats of CPS.
For those who need additional information, please contact Ernie Claudio at ernieclaudio@sbcglobal.net, or myself at dbdkho@aol.com. Please be aware that there is a massive group of people on FaceBook who have tons of information to share, and can offer support. You are only a target as long as you are isolated. Please join our group. See govabuse.org for information about the National Protest. Please visit the LegallyKidnapped.com Website and numerous other Websites dealing directly with this issue.
