Ten people in one apartment doesn't sound right, but then NH DCYF can place foster children in a two bedroom apartment and then let the foster's adopt them, making the number of the people in the home also ten. Pure stupidity!
A fire that displaced 11 residents of a Kent apartment complex on Wednesday morning was started by a little boy who was playing with a lighter, according to the Kent Fire Department.
