HOUSTON - A man was arrested Monday after police said he beat his adopted 10-year-old son with a switch.A witness told police she saw the boy running toward her crying for help, wearing only a T-shirt and underwear. She said when he got close she saw bumps, bruises, cuts and scratches all over his body.
