GREEN BAY, Wis. (WKOW) --- An Illinois man is charged with child neglect after a woman called police concerned about a child in a hot van on Sunday. Green Bay Police were called to Titletown Brewing Company just before 2 p.m. Sunday after a woman said she found a distressed child in a van.
