Arrest of Caregiver made in baby's death

Marion County sheriff’s deputies on Friday arrested a Belleview man in connection with the death of a toddler in March.
Jesus Mata, 24, was taken into custody at the office of his attorney, Christopher Dunham. Mata was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child.

    I have searched the internet but cannot find any other arrest for Jesus Mata or anything about a trial. This man will probably walk and I think he should get the death penalty.

      He goes to trail Feb 12, now reduced to involuntary manslaughter and his new stupid girlfriend might not live to see it.
