Obama: Kids Stuck in Foster Care Due to Deportation a “Real Problem” - COLORLINES:
In a briefing with Latino journalists last week, President Obama directly acknowledged that his administration’s immigration enforcement practices break up families and exclude parents from decisions about the custody of their children. His comments affirmed the central findings of a yearlong investigation by the Applied Research Center, which publishes Colorlines.com, released earlier this month. The investigation concludes that there are at least 5,100 children currently in foster care who are stuck there because their parents were detained or deported by immigration officials.

Note: Yes, kids stuck in foster care due to parents deportation IS a real problem. Why aren't the children being sent with their parent's? The children may have been born here, but I'm sure the parents would much rather have their children sent back with them.
You stated,The parent's of these children aren't afforded due process rights, but neither are the American citizen families. President Obama, you seem to be so concerned about the children of illegal immigrants being sent to foster care, which is definitely wrong, yet you haven't even acknowledged the illegal kidnappings, foster care placement's and illegal adoptions of the children of American citizen's. Doesn't the saying go,"What's good for one is good for the other". When, or will you ever STOP Title IV funding for our illegally stolen children? Have you no clue as to ALL the fraud and perjury involved in the Child Protection system? All for federal funding. Rewarding CPS for every child they steal. Would you like to save the country ton's of money? Stop rewarding CPS for stealing children. The only time they should be rewarded with incentive money, is when they do the job they're paid to do. Preserve Families, NOT destroy them! CPS is not only scamming families, they're scamming our Federal Government as well!
