County places obese Cleveland Heights child in foster care | cleveland.com:
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- An 8-year-old Cleveland Heights boy was taken from his family and placed in foster care last month after county case workers said his mother wasn't doing enough to control his weight.
Note: If this boy ever makes it out of Foster care, he'll never be the same. He WAS on the Honor Role, while at home with his family. I doubt he will be by the time CPS is done with him. The state will provide services for the Foster stranger's, but NOT the boy's family.
