Brno, Sept 3 (CTK) - Two social workers have been charged with neglect for not revealing maltreatment of a schoolboy, though they had indications of it from the boy's school, his paediatrician and relatives, Jan Petrasek, spokesman for the Brno City State Attorney's Office, has told Czech Television.
