its the parents fault for not paying the support to take care of the child they are given multiple chances to pay what they owe.... they can find a job at a local mcdonalds or taco bell. clearly if they arent paying for the child and refuse to find a job anywhere to keep their child then they dont deserve to have the child at all and someone else that can take care of them properly deserves them. its whats best for the child. the parents should do anything they can do prevent their child from being taken away from them thats what parents do right? you can only be given so many chances ....
