This concludes the research into our subject; My money, social security funds. We have presented to you proof positive, and it is no wonder our government is in trouble, our country is in trouble.

One of the most intriguing items we found in our exploration of this explosion of funding from our Title 1V monies is this statement.

One surprising finding from the Illinois expected that guardianship would assist more youth ages 14 to 18 achieve permanence. In exploring the reasons behind this finding, Illinois officials learned that many youth stayed in the system because they did not want to lose access to the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program and State-funded transition programs that are available only to youth who exit the child welfare system between the ages of 18 and 21 without a permanent and legal relationship with a family.
