Children of Waseca couple accused of neglect can testify with letters - TwinCities.com:
The children of a Waseca couple facing possible loss of parental rights will be allowed to write letters of testimony to the court, a judge has ruled.

Collins earlier had denied a request from the couple's attorney that the children be allowed to testify orally in court.
