Kansas is one of the biggest CPS and CASA sewers in the Country. If you can be there or help, they are begging:

Just found out that the children's issues committee on foster care which involvesinvolvess the private contractors and SRS will be meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2011, and Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., at the Topeka Capitol in room 142 south.

If any of you are able to attend either of these meetings or both, please come as we do need to show what an epidemic the srs and private contractor conspiracy and that they are taking children from families and are not practicing family preservation which is required by state and federal laws.

Rep Mike Kiegerl is the chairman of this committee and his e-mail is jus4smk@aol.com; if you would like to contact him. we had been under the impression that since these families have sent their stories to him that there will be no families allowed to speak, even though we had been told in the past that families would be allowed to speak. however, private contractors and SRS will be allowed to speak and try to convince the committee that they are doing a great job....yeah, right!!! (Someone please tell me about living in a Democracy again, I forgot.)

None the less, we need people/bodies there, as many as we can because we will still be contacting legislators in their offices and in the hallway telling them of what is really going on in the "SRS system". Also, we need to show that all families are supporting each other and are experiencing the same illegal targeting and conspiracies by SRS and the private contractors.

please come if you can. we can even carpool. please contact me if you will need to carpool or if you have any questions. you might want to e-mail mike kiegerl and ask him why the agenda for the committee has changed since we all have been told for 3 years that families can testify and that the committee would move toward eliminating private contractors who only take and keep children (sometimes forever) from their families illegally. They have no hearts or souls and we know that and we need to show this to the legislators.

please try to come. thank you so much. this may be the last time for anything of this type for many, many years. "They" cannot shut us up....we will get our children and grandchildren some day....Stay strong....God is on our side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just sent in my appeal for the dismissal of my federal lawsuit after 9 months of fighting the "system", but i am appealing and will never give up until my last breath!!! Are you with me??

I have also talked with Mike Kiegerl about have a "citizens review committee" who will have the power to review these past cases and complaints and maybe even these families will be able to get their children and grandchildren back. This citizens review committee is allowed by Kansas state law. Kiegerl told me to look up this law that permits this and submitt it to the Lt. Governor. This is what i plan to do and if any of you would like to help, please contact me. i can use all the help i can get. we are all in this together and what helps even one family will ultimately help us all.
