Dot Knightly is a loving grandmother and a family activist whose grandchildren were illegally taken by DCYF. One of her grandchildren was evidently switched by the hospital at birth, whether by accident or intentionally. Now, DCYF refuses to release the records that she needs to provide the proof that will unravel the devastation that has been wrought on her family for the past 7 years!
