Franklin Circuit Judge Phillip Shepherd will be asked to hold state child-welfare officials in contempt of court for failing to comply with his order to release complete records involving child-abuse deaths and serious injuries in Kentucky.

I think the child protective services needs an investigation inside the system. A person can deliberately call in a bare face lie on the parents that their child or children are neglected. The system protects the caller goes directly after the children,and the parents have to prove that they are innocent of any wrong doing. There is always two sides to every story. The children are taken out of public schools without the parents knowing anything about it placed in foster homes,questioned individually without an attorney being persent. Does children have rights,are they not people too. Then the cps comes out and makes a home visit to see if there is any neglect at their home,or they go to the grandparents house if the childrens house is under renovations. There are some children that are neglected,abused I do not doubt that,but then my research shows the cps has a money making racket taking children out of their homes to keep a foster home in operation. I HAVE READ THAT THERE IS A LEGAL TERM CALLED IRREPORABLE HARM THAT CAN BE FILED AGANIST CPS FOR DOING THIS WHEN IT TURNS OUT TO BE A FALSE ALLEGATION TO START WITH. IF THEY CAN GO AFTER THE PARENTS ON A BARE FACE LIE,BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS A BORED LIFE AND WANTS TO CAUSE TROUBLE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO LIVE A CHRISTIAN LIFE. THE CHILDREN ARE CRYING AND UPSET,THE PARENTS ARE APPALED,AND THE GRANDPARENTS ARE UPSET FOR NO REASON. I BELIEVE ALL THE FACTS SHOULD BE ON THE TABLE. IF YOU ARE A LIAR IT SHOULD BE BROUGHT OUT FOR CAUSING UNDUE STRESS ON A INNOCENT FAMILY. IF THE COURIER JOURNAL WANTS TO DO AN INTERVIEW I WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY ACCOMODATE THEM BECAUSE THIS HAPPENED TO OUR GRANDCHILDREN A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO. ReplyDeleteYou're not alone. My grandchildren were also stolen due to false report's, that were proven false. The Police did nothing to the false accuser's. No arrest. Nothing. Yet we lost our grandchildren. We are exposing CPS every day. They've messed with the wrong people in many cases. We are ALL uniting and fighting back. Something CPS never thought would happen. Their day will come and everyone will be made aware of their deceitful practices.
