When Can an Adoption Be Blocked
The specifics of the adoption process differ from place to place according to state law, but there are many stages along the way where an adoption can be challenged and potentially blocked. Especially when an adoption is contested, the process can be a complex, lengthy, and legally tricky one.
One important rule of thumb to keep in mind is that the deeper it gets into the process, the less likely it is that an adoption can be successfully contested. Courts need highly compelling reasons to reverse an adoption process that is well underway, and they need extraordinary reasons to overturn an adoption that has already been finalized.

I am trying to do this with an appeal on my grandaughter's placement. They think its a done deal. They are cps's choice and have coached them well. From a grandmother with experience as a therapeutic foster parent to the rich paternal uncle who they helped get a felony expunged. Neither he or his wife are even citizens. My assigned appeals attorney is so fervent about this case she filed a 58 page opening brief. These cases are never heard they are almost always done only in writing. 99% do not get a live hearing. The attorneys don't even attempt it. But mine is going to argue this case. I hope it helps grandparents everywhere.

I also challenged my granddaughter's and grandson's adoption's. But like every other motion, petition and appeal I filed, it was denied. I never had a hearing and couldn't find a Lawyer to go up against NH DCYF for fear of being disbarred. This is a very bias judicial system in NH. But I'm not done with them. The fraud and corruption used in the kidnapping and illegal adoption of my grandchildren IS being exposed as we speak. Fraud is one of the reason's an adoption CAN be overturned and there was plenty of fraud in both my grandchildrens cases. I pray you win your case. I wish you the best and hope your case set's precedence for grandparents everywhere fighting for the grandchildren that have been ripped away from them by this rogue government agent and the bias judicial system who coetoes to their every whim!
ReplyDeletePlease keep in contact. Your case could help us ALL! Thank you.
I also forgot to mention, my granddaughters biological father tried to challenge her adoption after the right's of a fictitious man were terminated. They never even tried to contact him. He was also denied a paternity test. My grandson's father's rights were never terminated either. Another fictitious man in his case even though DCYF has all his information including his address and phone number. Both children were illegally adopted!
