NY investigates wages, bureaucracy at nonprofits - WSJ.com: "ALBANY, N.Y. — Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday that a task force will investigate salaries and other compensation at nonprofit agencies where he says about 2,000 workers are paid more than $100,000 a year.
