FAN was all set to report on some of the exciting developments that have taken place in the first 7 days of this year, when this morning it got a lot more hectic with the announcement that the CDC is lowering its recommended "optimal" level for fluoride in water from a range of 0.7 to 1.2 ppm, down to single level: 0.7ppm.
