SALISBURY, Md.- A Mardela Springs foster father convicted of sexual abuse of a minor will spend 20 years in prison.
Fifty-two-year-old Tracy Grant Bayne was sentenced Friday in Wicomico County Circuit Court.

Why is it that innocent parents, (at the hands of a gruesome system, namely juvenile dependency judges and cps social workers who get federal money for each child they steal), not allowed to a fair trial? Parents constitutional rights to a fair trial (which is non existent in juvenile dependency courts) are violated every Monday thru Friday in this country. What can we do about this problem? Innocent parents rights to be parents to their children are slaughtered in juvenile courts every day and it is akin to a death sentence for both the child and the parent. You youngsters out there who claim that CPS only goes after abusive parents are so incredibly uninformed. Are you young parents ready for the destruction of your family? What can we do about it?

Note: This day care is no better than foster care, where the Foster's cut the children's hair and pierce their ear's. When the bio parent's complain to the caseworker, the caseworker's response, "so they made a mistake." It takes ONE mistake to remove a child from bio families, with NO second chances, yet the chosen foster's can make mistakes without repercussion's!

Today I received comment's on four of my blog post's. Comment's which reiterated this person's CPS/DCYF bias. Maybe a CPS Mole or maybe even a Babystealer.
I posted this person's comment's and answered each one of his/her comments as truthfully and calmly as possible.
I was accused of being un-educated, stating I am way off base." Foster parents receive only a few dollars per day and MANY children ARE adopted, this receive NO compensation yet still love the children FOREVER... well beyond the age of 18. You should really try to educate yourself on the majority rather than the minority since you claim to be a "fair" person."
Everyone who know's me, know I am a very fair person. I only fight for injustice I have seen with my own eyes. I am also well educated as to the majority of families, torn apart needlessly by CPS/DCYF. They are definitely NOT the minority. I know how much blood money foster stranger's receive for their part in our children"s illegal kidnappings. I know how to read and I've done my research well. I never stop researching. DCYF can take the credit for that. When I see injustice or am thrown into an arena of wolves, I fight back, not just for my own family but for ALL the families abused by CPS/DCYF and the judicial system.
