Twin Boy's Returned to Parent's After Left Home Alone for Months
Neighbors say they had no clue twins, 9, were left home alone for months | New Hampshire:
MANCHESTER — Neighbors of the 9-year-old twins left home alone for months said there was nothing out of the ordinary with the two boys, who were quiet, wore clean clothes and got on and off the school bus on a regular basis.
Comment: This is just more of NH DCYF's inability to treat people equally. These children, left alone for month's to fend for themselves by the supposed babysitter and the parent's aren't charged by DCYF or the Court's. Then you have a Mother who leaves her son with a babysitter for a few HOURS while he sleeps, who leaves the home before the Mother gets back and testify's in Court in the matter. The boy is taken and placed in DCYF custody. The Mother is charged with child endangerment, the charges are dropped in Criminal Court, but the Judge refuses to drop charges in Family Court and won't allow new found evidence proving the Mother's innocence. Do you think she got her son back? No she didn't and her relatives weren't even allowed custody. Her son was ILLEGALLY adopted, never to be seen again. So what gives DCYF and the Family Court's the right to pick and choose whose kids are returned? Where's the equality? What's good for one SHOULD be good for the other!

A case for self-defense against Child Protective Services
A case for self-defense against Child Protective Services - Charlotte Libertarian Philosophy | Examiner.com:
In an ongoing case described in three articles at Reason, Danielle Meitiv, a Maryland mother of two was reported to Child Protective Services for letting her children, ages 10 and 6, play in a park two blocks from their house and walk to and from unsupervised by an adult. Two agents showed up at her house to inform her that this is illegal. (In fact, it is not illegal, let alone immoral.)
