Two Little Boys - Child Protective Services - History - FDR - Never Stop Questioning

DMVC Productions = Results: Two Little Boys - Child Protective Services - History - FDR - Never Stop Questioning:

Note: Interesting and Enlightening Post

While I would love to jump on the bandwagon with unhappygrammy's assessment of whether or not DCYF = Child Protective Services in New Hampshire is really changing, as shown in this site's article "changing for the better".

The source she is referring to, is put out by N.H. DCYF which is extremely good with their rhetoric of "we are doing it for the greater good" and all accounts show that the figures presented under the direction of Maggie Bishop are not just misleading, they are utterly false.  Statistics can be manipulated and the variables are huge; the report is indicative of not recent action but activity over the history of this state agency's existence since 1979.
"In 1835, the Humane Society founded the National Federation of Child Rescue agencies to investigate child maltreatment. In the late-19th century, private child protection agencies – modeled after existing animal protection organizations – developed to investigate reports of child maltreatment, present cases in court and advocate for child welfare legislation." Pecora et al. (1992), pp. 230-31; Petr (1998), p. 126.

Scary right? In 1944, while Hitler was committing unspeakable human experiments while exterminating an entire race, the US not having stepped up sooner to these offenses may have been, in part, due to the fact that the United States was conducting their own experiments. These experiments were practiced on our most vulnerable citizens, our children.  Children taken from parents or due to the depression families hoped they might be better cared for by their government, in foster care, after all FDR was to be trusted with all those "new deals"; but like his Manhattan project the Atomic Bomb and so many other scientific studies he allowed on humans his own American Citizens; we may soon find that the similarities between Hitler and FDR, do not end like so many historians have depicted.

Have You Seen Me?

Have You Seen Me? My name is Austin Knightly. My last name was illegally changed in 2009 to keep me from my family. I was stolen from my grandparent's home Feb. 3rd, 2006 by Nashua, NH DCYF and four Police Officer's without a Court order or warrant. My grandparent's were told I could live with them, but DCYF are nothing but liars. I may be in the Seacoast area of NH, still longing for my family. If you've seen me or know where I am, please contact Unhappy Grammy.

While Austin was held hostage at St. Charles Childrens Home in Rochester, NH, he was forced to run every day to control his anger. He has been in several races and may still be running throughout NH, maybe even Maine. Please keep an eye out for him. Thank you.

A former California judge has gone to the press and said, “What I found is this justice system is about dollars, and it isn’t about justice.”
Deann Salcedo, a former family court judge, says she was given forty hours of training in Monterey County and taught that if a divorcing woman says her husband was molesting the children, not to believe her. Because of this bad training, she gave a molester custody of his children.

Speak Up! -NH Question 2 PSA Vote Yes!

This is a public service announcement about CACR26 which was passed by the House and the Senate, and co-written by the Judiciary Branch. House of Representative Kevin Avard from Nashua gives the language that is used in Question 2 that will be on all NH ballots this November. Listen and realize that it is actually put forward with the blessing of the Supreme Court Justices. Question 2 is not a means for the Legislature to rule over the Judiciary branch, but a means for better separating the two branches.

Do we or do we not, want laws passed by our Legislature to be enforced?

DMVC Productions = Results: Do we or do we not, want laws passed by our Legislature to be enforced?:

(Or do we want to keep getting railroaded by unethical Judges?)

This article in the Nashua Telegraph today talks about the balance of government by a new yet old amendment.I think the best part of the article above, highlights what these two branches have been arguing over in the quotes below:

"The amendment would change Article 73 of the state constitution, giving the legislative branch explicit authority to overrule the Supreme Court’s rule-making authority for the judicial branch.

Specifically, laws passed by the Legislature would have precedence if they conflict with rules adopted by the chief justice and the rest of the Supreme Court.

The chief and the court would still govern the judicial branch and the state’s court system as usual unless a conflict arose."

As a legal and community researcher, lets look at those two paragraphs, because I have to simply point out that the people not backing this, do not know the law or how our government has been formed and/or lack the ability to be accountable.

I mean is it really that hard to figure out? Do we or do we not, want laws passed by the Legislature to be there to protect us?
