GRANDPARENTS.
UPDATE ON AUSTIN KNIGHTLY:
Follow this link:http://www.flds.ws/2009/09/09/sending-austin-and-isabella-back-to-their-grandparents/
Thanks to a good friend and a Texas Lawyer, (Sure, I have a few) we have found a cracker jack Attorney in New Hampshire.
He was the President of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Mayor of his City, his father was a Supreme Court Justice, and he is now Austin’s new lawyer.
As most folks already know, the baby selling business is booming, and the only way to fight it is to either snatch your child and run, or, have a few million in the bank to protect your rights and the rights of your children. Most folks get screwed and lose their kids.
They are then put into a system that has an 80% rate of that child ending up dead, raped, in prison or on drugs and homeless. Great record for CPS/CASA to tout! They literally DESTROY 4 out of 5 children they are “Protecting”.
Both Austin and Isabella were taken in typical fashion; CPS took the children after criminal charges were pressed against their mother. The criminal charges were then immediately dropped, and the children were on their way to the adoption block anyway. It was never a criminal matter, the target was some very valuable pieces of merchandise since both children can pass as Caucasian and are attractive. (See the photobucket album).
Austin has not done well in the hands of CPS/CASA, (Surprise!), he attempted to hang himself at age 7 and they have him drugged up to prevent the revenue loss should he succeed the next time. Austin wants to return to his maternal grandparents home, the folks who basically raised him, love him, and want him back with them.
As you can imagine, we have not chosen an Attorney based upon cost. If anything, this is not going to be a cheap save even given the fact that he has agreed to represent the Knightly’s at a greatly reduced fee. What Austin and Isabella need is a great lawyer who can open doors and get people to listen. I think we’ve found him, and he thinks he can return Austin to his grandparents loving care.
I have committed myself to paying the Attorney. Austin’s grandparents cannot afford to pay for an Attorney. I’m not the richest person in Cape Coral, but I have never figured out what the going price for a child’s happiness and future should cost, and how much is too much. There are undoubtedly tens of thousands of children who need to be saved from the selling block, but we can’t save them all, at least not until we dismantle CPS and CASA and get them back into the child saving business instead of the child selling business.
It’s going to cost a few thousand dollars to save Austin and Isabella. If you can help, I know that his grandparents will appreciate it, and once he figures out how close he came to the brink of disaster, so will Austin himself.
If you are interested, and able to help with a donation, please let me know and I’ll send you the lawyers name and address where his fee can be sent directly to him.

Panic in Fostercare System

http://www.dailynews.com/news/ci_13274571?source=rv Please check out this link from the LA Daily News. This article states children will be taken needlessly from their homes. Where has this person been living? Under a rock? This is not News. It's been happening way too long already and needs to STOP! When will our federal government stop feeding into this corruption?

Fraudulent Home Study Done by Nashua DCYF
In my blog of April 25th, 2009, I wrote about the Home Study we were finally allowed to have by Nashua DCYF for the placement of our grandson Austin. It would never have been schedulead if I had not become a huge thorn in their side. I wrote to everybody about our story, including Governor Lynch and Commissioner Toumpas. They were sick of hearing from me. Just recently, I was made aware of practices not followed by DCYF as to the home study.
We were not told we could appeal a negative home study by the Administrative Appeal's unit for DHHS.When I found out this information, I found out much more.
The home study is supposed to take up to six month's. It was started in June of 2008 by my daughters new caseworker Leah and another worker, Melissa. They came to our house and asked a lot of question's.They never looked around the house, which is supposed to be part of the home study. They never asked for proof of any of our finances. No mortgage statement, nothing. No criminal background check, no proof of house insurance, no finger prints. No proof of automobile insurance. No proof of our dogs vaccinations, nothing! The house is supposed to be checked by the Fire Inspector. Never was.
Leah got her college dgree and called me in January of 2009 and told me the home study would be finished by the adoption worker. I was happy, as I had met the adoption worker when I took foster parenting classes and liked her. As for my foster care license, I was never allowed to get licensed by Nashua DCYF. The sheisty Supervisor Tracy wouldn't allow it as I have been very vocal in the fight for my grandchildren, taken from their parents, not me.I heard my picket line for grandparents rights really pissed them off! Too bad. Isn't this America?
The adoption worker went out on medical leave. I tried to reach her every day and was finally told at the end of March 2009 that she was out on leave. When she returned she asked me more questions on the phone. Then she told me not to worry about a thing. She said she was advocating for us to take Austin. She said she was finishing up the home study and asked to meet with us at our home. We set up a time, but the day she was supposed to meet with us, she called and said something came up and she couldn't make it. She asked my husband and I to go to the office, so we did. The meeting went well. I also found out, the worker is supposed to make many vistits to the prospective home. We got one visit.I believe they are all afraid of me. If I was a violent person, I wouldn't have put up with their bull for four year's. It would have ended a long time ago. But unlike them, I follow the law.
I spoke to the worker a short time later. She told me one of the head people, Lorraine in Concord, accused her of being bias. She figured the worker was just going to hand Austin over to us. The worker told her she was only trying to be fair.
Well eleven month's later, the home study was finished, even though the state foster parenting book states a home study is to be finished within six months.
The worker called and told me it was finished and I would hear from Concord within the next week or two. I waited almost two week's and heard nothing. So I started making phone calls. I tried for three days. My call's weren't accepted and there were no return calls made by Concord.
I was sick of waiting, so I contacted the Commissioners office. Lorraine finally called me back. She told me they were not recommending my grandson placement with us. She asked my husband and I to meet with her at the Nashua office.
If you've read my blog, you know the rest of the story. Now we'll see what happens next. How many more lies will they tell? Will they adopt Austin out to foster stranger's illegally before the six month home placement limit? Will they adopt him out illegally after terminating a fictitious mans rights just as they did his cousin?
Oh, I also filed a Motion with the Probate Court Challenging any adoption of Austin. I was denied again by Judge Patten. No surprise. He claims I have no standing. Austin spent the first six years of his life every day in my home. My rights weren't terminated, his mothers were and his fictitious father. No charges were ever filed against me or my husband. I would really like to know why Judge Patten hates me? Is he against people who fight for their rights and rights to their families? I would really like to know how DCYF and their lies got to him.
Now lets see if the Commissioner does anything to fix this fraudulent abuse of power by DCYF.
Stay tuned. I'm sure there will be plenty more to tell.

Austin Needs a New Hampshire Lawyer

The State of New Hampshire intends to sell Austin Knightly to the highest bidder within weeks.
There HAS to be just one Lawyer out there who is admitted to the New Hampshire bar who will help this child be returned to his loving grandparents who basically raised him.
We are willing to pay a reasonable fee to keep this child off the selling block, and with his family where he belongs.
If you are an Attorney, or know of one in New Hampshire, please contact me, either directly, or through this site, and we can discuss the situation.
I don’t know how much this is going to cost, but those who can are invited to contribute to this boys future. Once I find a Lawyer, donations sent directly to him/her on behalf of Austin will be greatly appreciated.

Happy Birthday Isabella Knightly
Isabella's birthday is August 31st. She'll be four years old. Illegally taken by Nashua DCYF at birth and illegally adopted by the foster strangers with no notification given to her biological father. The adoption was granted four days after the court received an affidavit of paternity from Isabella's mother, yet the Judge claimed it was never received by the court, yet it was stamped and dated by the court clerk. A fictitious mans rights were terminated, which I'm quite sure is illegal. But nobody seem's to care about the illegalities pulled on parent's and their families. Grandparents are supposed to have rights in NH, but you couldn't prove it by me. We haven't seen our granddaughter since she was taken, but the fight for her return goes on.
We love and miss you Isabella and always will. Happy birthday little princess!

Please Call WMUR at 603-641-9000. They need to air Austin's Story
It seems WMUR has renegged on doing a story on our grandson Austin. He was placed in a foster home six weeks ago, as told to us by his stepfather. We were also told Nashua DCYF plans on letting the fosters adopt him immediately, which is illegal. A child is supposed to be in a foster home six months before an adoption can take place, but we all know how well Nashua DCYF follows the law. They don't! Our government has given them too much power. Power they don't deserve. The power to destroy innocent families.
I filed a petition today challenging the adoption, but every petition and motion I've filed has been denied. Pro-Se litigants in NH don't stand a chance. Especially up against the high and mighty DCYF, who are accountable to no-one.
Please call WMUR and tell them Austin needs to come home. Don't stop until his story is aired at 603-641-9000. I surmise WMUR is afraid of confidentiality. DCYF already broke confidentiality when they advertised Austin for adoption, like a dog in a dog pound. Please help save Austin from being auctioned off!
