Please, if anybody see's Tabby and her daughter, give her a safe haven. DCYF is trying to use their crystal ball again. They "believe" the baby will be at risk! This is the same thing that happened to my granddaughter by NH DCYF. She was stolen for "anticipated" Neglect in the Future.
Please help this young Mother and her child!!!
PORTSMOUTH — Police are asking for the public’s help to find a woman who they say left the area with her 4-month-old daughter after not complying with a court order to surrender the child.
