N.J. caseworker attack could scare away workers who protect kids, federal monitor warns | NJ.com:

NEWARK — With child welfare employees still reeling from the recent violent assault on a caseworker by a parent she supervised, safety fears could undermine the state's ability "to maintain a stable and high-quality workforce," the court-appointed federal monitor of New Jersey's child protection system said today.
