Bellingham family flees CPS order:
Letters from DSHS have remained untouched for days on a Bellingham counter. Bassinets nearby are empty, and the grandfather of the missing babies has left his Bible open ever since.

Advocacy Groups Call Child Welfare Law Enforcement “National Disgrace”
Advocacy Groups Call Child Welfare Law Enforcement “National Disgrace” - NPQ - Nonprofit Quarterly:
Two advocacy groups have come forward to call the federal government’s efforts to enforce child protection laws a “national disgrace,” once again spotlighting the well-known shortcomings of the national child welfare system.
The Children’s Advocacy Institute at the San Diego University of Law, along with First Star, a charity focused on eliminating child abuse and neglect in the United States, collaborated on a three-year study that culminated in a 110-page report released on Tuesday. The dense and thorough report cites failures by all three federal government branches to adequately provide oversight of the enforcement of welfare laws and also to address potential problems or shortcomings of the laws.
According to the study, none of the of 50 states has met the minimum child welfare standards required by the federal government, such as creating and submitting timely reports of abuse. The study blames both Congress and the courts for failing to provide effective oversight of state agencies that have been shirking these standards, in place to avoid missing critical signs of abuse.

Failings by All Three Branches of Our Federal Government Leave Abused and Neglected Children Vulnerable to Further Harm
The federal government's dereliction allows states to fall short on meeting minimum child welfare standards. Below is information specific to New Hampshire:
CFSR Results Summary: In its Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) process, HHS determines whether each state is in substantial conformity with 7 specific outcomes (pertaining to the areas of safety, permanency and family and child well-being) and 7 systemic factors (relating to the quality of services delivered to children and families and the outcomes they experience). In the first two rounds of the CFSR, HHS has concluded that New Hampshire was:
Round 1 (2003)
Round 2 (2010)
Although federal law mandates that any state found not to be operating in substantial conformity during an initial or subsequent review must begin a full review within two years after approval of the state's program improvement plan, HHS has announced that New Hampshire will not undergo Round 3 of the CFSR until FY 2018 (see CFSR Technical Bulletin #7 (March 2014)).

Why is Social Security About to Run Out of Money?
Recent articles have stated Social Security will run out of money in 2016. Here's one I came across:
Here's another article I came across, which states disabled peoples Social Security will be cut because there isn't enough money:
Social Security Disability Insurance Trust Fund Will Be Exhausted in Just Two Years: Beneficiaries Facing Nearly 20 Percent Cut in Benefits
House Rule Could Hurt Vulnerable Disability Beneficiaries
A SUMMARY OF THE 2014 ANNUAL REPORTS
We all know there are many people who depend on their monthly Social Security Check's. Many of them really do need it and are not gaming the system. You also know I have a Very Good Reason for writing this post. And yes, it does have to do with CPS/DCYF.
Isn't it true that the Social Security Fund is being used to fund Foster care? Our Social Security money being used to steal our children, pay the Foster strangers their monthly blood money, pay for the drugs to silence our Now traumatized children, in which they're now considered special needs and worth even more money, Making them eligible for SSDI, pay for medicaid for every child placed in foster care and then the State even receives more money for adopting out our stolen children. In fact, the States make it a contest to see who can adopt out the most kids and get the most incentive money.
And did you ever wonder why so many people are on SSDI due to mental health issues? Well you can thank CPS/DCYF for that also. They have a knack for pushing good, loving, innocent families over the edge. People who can no longer function after having their lives torn apart.

Please see:
Where the Money Comes From: Paying for Child Welfare Services

If the Federal Government put an end to Title IV funding and stopped CPS/DCYF from stealing children from innocent families, there would be more than enough money in Social Security.

Does the State Ever Have a “Right” to Remove Children from a Home?
Does the State Ever Have a “Right” to Remove Children from a Home?:
When does the State have the right to remove children from a home where they are living with their parents?
We have been covering medical kidnapping stories now on MedicalKidnap.com for about 3 months. This website was started to document the many stories that were coming to our attention where families were losing their children to the State, and the foster care system, over medical disagreements. In many of these cases, their children were taken away simply because they disagreed with a doctor, or wanted to take their children to a different doctor to get a second opinion.
Report blasts DCF for failure to meet fed standards
Report blasts DCF for failure to meet fed standards | Boston Herald:
Years before the Bay State’s child welfare system was beset by scandal, it was consistently falling short of national benchmarks, according to a scathing report slated for release today. And the Obama administration, which is charged with overseeing the state, did little to hold local officials accountable, the report charges.
Comment:The States with low standards are still receiving their almighty incentive money. New Hampshire has very low standards. Nashua , NH the worst. I'm hoping the Feds are finally opening their eyes to the fraud and abusive practices of CPS/DCYF . After reading the audits, the last one in 2010, I can't for the life of me understand why they've still been receiving blood money for our stolen children!

Happy 15th Birthday Austin!
Grampie felt the same way.You became our little buddy. You were Grampies shadow. Everywhere he went, you went with him.
You helped him fix the car, you helped him around the house and you even helped us both with the garden. You were one happy little boy, always smiling and ready to help. And then you were gone from our lives, thank's to the State of NH. You were just a Dollar sign to them, as well as whoever is raising you.
No matter what they tell you, We did NOT abandon you. We have ALWAYS wanted you. We have ALWAYS Loved you and ALWAYS will and we have been fighting for your return for nine years now.
You have many new cousins who can't wait to meet you, along with a new Father. A good Father, who hasn't even met you but already loves you. He and your Mommy want you home. Everyone want's you home. We are here in the same house waiting for you and I'm sure you'll have no problem finding us. Please contact us. We love and miss you and always will.

NH DCYF and The Family Court's Play Favorites!
Twin, 9 year old boy's, left alone for month's to fend for themselves by a "supposed" babysitter and the parent's aren't charged by DCYF or the Court's, yet a Mother who leaves her son with a babysitter for a few HOURS , has her child stolen by NH DCYF and never returned after the babysitter leaves him home alone sleeping.
See: http://www.unionleader.com/article/20150123/NEWS03/150129565
The Mother is charged with child endangerment, the charges are dropped in Criminal Court, but the Judge refuses to drop charges in Family Court and won't allow new found evidence proving the Mother's innocence. Shouldn't she have gotten her son back? She didn't and relatives weren't even allowed custody. Her son was ILLEGALLY adopted, never to be seen again. So what gives DCYF and the Family Court's the right to pick and choose whose kids are returned? Why is does one family get better treatment than another? Where's the equality? What's good for one SHOULD be good for the other!
The parent's of the twin boy's are not facing charges, so why was the Mother of the little boy charged? She had a babysitter also and her child wasn't left alone for months.
How can DCYF and the Family Court's get away with playing Favorites?

Does a Report of Child Sexual Molestation Warrant Immediate Removal of a Child?
If someone calls in a report to DCYF of a child/children being sexually molested, wouldn't that warrant immediate removal? Wouldn't this be considered "Imminent Danger"?
Why would a newborn, blonde haired, blue eyed grandchild be considered to be in "Imminent Danger", but NOT the children of the accused parents?
Why would the children be left in the home, but the newborn never even allowed into the home?
How does a DCYF Lawyer get away with telling a Judge there is sexual molestation going on in a home and not mention the children were never removed. The Judge never even asked. How does she even get away with making the false statement, when she already knows it was already Proven to be a false report?
Could it be the day the report was called in that it was already Proven a False Report? Or could it be the False reporter never stated where the "supposed" abuse took place? So where did the DCYF Lawyer come up with,"It happened in the Grandparent's home", when there was no address given? No dates, no times?
Isn't "Hearsay" without proof in Family Court cases ILLEGAL?
Isn't "Slander" also ILLEGAL?
NH DCYF as well as the NH Family Court's need to get their shit together. How many more Grandparents have been and will be screwed over because of the ILLEGAL practices of both DCYF and the Family Courts?
How many more children and families will suffer the abuse of DCYF and the Family Courts?

MANCHESTER — Neighbors of the 9-year-old twins left home alone for months said there was nothing out of the ordinary with the two boys, who were quiet, wore clean clothes and got on and off the school bus on a regular basis.

Stop bashing the parents
Stop bashing the parents | Chicago:
There has been a child welfare system crisis every decade in Illinois since the 1970s. The current focus on what ails the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is, at last, about the kids, not their presumably awful parents. That’s fortunate, because the only way to change the child welfare system, including its understaffed, yet expensive, residential care component, is to stop blaming the parents and start working with them constructively to keep families together.

Members of Congress next week have an opportunity to right a travesty of injustice. Every day in the United States, babies are silently screaming in late-term abortions that deprive them of their right to life.As Congressman Trent Franks told LifeNews.com recently, “More than 18,000 ‘very late term’ abortions are performed every year on perfectly healthy unborn babies in America. These are innocent and defenseless children who can not only feel pain, but who can survive outside of the womb in most cases, and who are torturously killed without even basic anesthesia.”

Demand that Governor Hassan order the NH Attorney General's Office to investigate DCYF to determine how the system failed, leading to Brielle's death.
Our Story:
On November 25, 2014 my 3-year-old granddaughter, Brielle Eternity Gage, died while in her mother's custody. On January 2, 2015 Katlyn Marin was charged with second degree murder. We, her extended family, are absolutely heartbroken that our little angel's life ended so abruptly under such horrendous circumstances. Here is a link to the local television news story:

On November 25th 2014. Brielle Eternity Gage was Murdered at the hands of her own mother after several days of abuse. Rewind 6 Months and Brielle and her 4 siblings were removed from her mothers custody due to Obvious signs of abuse. Shortly later the children were returned to the same home even though the child abuse charges were still pending. I find this absolutely absurd and a failure of Justice to knowingly return children back into a harmful environment. This little angel would still be alive today if it wasn't for DCYF and the court returning her to her mother. They are too concerned about looking good and having good return rate numbers rather then the welfare of the children. They not only need to be held responsible but there also needs to be a law passed protecting future child abuse victims from having the same fate as Brielle. Senetor Boutin is working along with me in proposing a new legislation in the upcoming 2016 Session. POWER BY NUMBERS! the more support we have the better acknowledgment this will receive. Washington: Vaccinate All Your Children with Flu Shot or We Will Take Your 2-Week Old Baby:

This is in spite of the fact that the flu vaccine is both dangerous and largely ineffective.

New Jersey Appeals Court Rules Cannabis Use Alone Not Reason to Remove Child:
Two days before Christmas, an appellate court in New Jersey gave one Garden state mother the best possible gift; a panel headed by Honorable Carmen Alvarez ruled that not only were verbal admissions about possible cannabis use insufficient evidence for an emergency removal order of an infant child but that the state failed to provide any evidence that simply using cannabis constituted child abuse or neglect. While at first glance, this simply appears to be a case of the courts using common sense, in reality it is a major departure from the common practices of the family court system that have existed for decades.
