NIPAWIN, Sask. – A former foster parent and hockey coach faces multiple sexual assault charges after two men came forward alleging he sexually abused them. Police laid charges against Thomas Donald Mark of Codette, Sask. on Nov. 23 following an investigation into the allegations.
