Toddler drowns, responding officer was the foster father

Police say a 2-year-old girl died in a backyard pool around 9:30 Tuesday morning in Sand Springs. One of the officers who responded to the call near 51st and 129th West Avenue was the child's foster father. Two other foster children were also in the home. One is related to the victim.
