SAND SPRINGS — Nearly 10 years after the 2-year-old son of Sand Springs Police Chief Dan Bradley died from complications of a near-drowning, the department is again faced with tragedy. Deputy Chief Mike Carter said the foster child of a Sand Springs Police Department officer drowned in a swimming pool Tuesday morning.
