Agency says social worker's action 'reprehensible' - KCTV5:

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - A Kansas agency says it was "reprehensible" for 1 of its former social workers to refuse to act on behalf of a toddler who was later beaten to death.

There are so many children that are not being helped when it is really needed.and so many children taken in to care in cause off emotional abusewith out any strong Prof.it is so wrong in what going on.and not off children that are in care are now emotional destressed because off being taken from there familys.and then they stopped from seeing there family so that they can get away with all sorts like your parents don't want you or love you or see you ever again. And don't give them any birthday cards or presents.no wonder the kids are taking tablets and running away.
