Recently, as a pro se litigant we researched where the next appeal would go in this matter and "mistakenly" were led to the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, where they never answered their phone or returned phone calls, even after asking you to leave a message. So we filed and it timely sent notice that it was the wrong court:
