The Foster Strangers are relieved because they aren't being charged. If it were the Biological family, it would be a whole different story.
Yea, how does that happen? Must have been watching the child really closely during "adjustment" period, maybe it really was an accident but then maybe the child should be placed (if at all) with someone who cares enough about children to actually look after the children they are collecting that fat paycheck for...just a crazy idea
