Despite heart-rending news stories detailing heinous crimes against New Hampshire children, the number of substantiated child sexual and physical abuse cases dropped dramatically from 1992 to 2011, according to a leading researcher into child maltreatment.

Bishop states, "Some abuse cases are filed as neglect because it is easier to prove." Of course it's easier to prove when NH Family Court Judges go along with everything DCYF tell's them and parent's are denied the admittance of exculpatory evidence. Hearsay without proof is SUPPOSED to be non-admissible, but in NH Family Courts Judges make up their own rules. Anything to benefit more Federal funding.Should DCYF wannabe Psychic's be allowed to practice with their crystal ball and claim a child WILL be abused and neglected in the future? No abuse or neglect in the past, but in the future? Yes, this is exactly how NH DCYF works. And bias Judges let DCYF pull their strings!

Maggie are you kicking yourself in the butt now for not following Protocol in the placement of Austin and Isabella with Family member's? Wouldn't life have been so much easier if you and your staff had followed your Administrative Rules and Federal mandates? Yes, I believe it would have.
